We use a straightforward sign-up: just an email address and a password, checked to make sure it's hack-resistant. Then you activate your account.

Meet your Job Coach

After that, you'll be directed to the Job Coach. This is probably the only major step that will require your attention — but thankfully, you'll most likely only have to do this once. From then on, the app works automatically with this data. The Job Coach's role is exactly the same as a real one's: to gather as much information as possible about your professional profile, covering as broad a range as possible.

• Understands your profile
• Gathers the additional documents you'll need for applications, conveniently organized and stored in one place — so you never have to wonder which folder you saved the scans of your diplomas in
• Automatically checks for quality and errors, and suggests improvements — this is the phase of improving and enhancing your profile
• Offers to update your profile from the collected data, so it's complete without filling anything in manually
• Lets you ask, in plain language, for something in your resume to be corrected afterward, if you choose
• Suggests suitable professions for you, saved and linked to your profile — these can later be used in specific job search tasks
• Provides a summary of your profile, highlighting your strengths and weaknesses
